They traveled from as far as North Carolina! And San Antonio! That is a HUGE deal! So exciting. It was like chatting with some old friends about our kids (kids being photography).
We talked. We ate. We laughed. We learned a ton. Yes WE. Even I learned a few new things.
I seriously can't wait for our next boot camp! (Utah & Dallas Dates coming soon)
This is Brooke, she is my blog stalker/turned BFF. Totally love her! I think I'm going to frame this photo and keep it on my desk because it proves that I am not the shortest person in the world.Ok, not really, but, Brooke, I hope you don't mind me sharing a bit of the email you sent me. It truly touched my heart and I always want to remember why I did this project against all of my best judgment, being the shy girl that I am, talking in front of a group. Freakin' Scary!
But all y'all were so kind and encouraging. I can't thank you enough.
"I am so glad that you took this project on. You are so passionate about photography -- and with that passion comes an authenticity about everything that you shared. And, you have a generous, encouraging nature. That's all you need to be a great teacher. I'm sure I'm not the first -- and I know that I won't be the last -- person to be inspired by you. I'm honestly so happy and blessed to know you (said in a friend/not stalker voice. :)! " - Brooke
Seriously kind words. My heart if full.
Thanks for looking,
(if you read it you get brownie points)

Fun picture, Steph! It WAS a great weekend. On Monday I wasn't even sure if it was real or a dream, it just went so perfectly.
Looking forward to doing more :)
